I’m Lucy and my aim is to help guide you to reach your flexibility, strength and mindfulness goals, through the Hatha Yoga approach. My focus is to use Hatha Yoga and its benefits to increase sporting performance, aid day to day living and promote general wellbeing.

£9 per class or £48 for a block of 6 sessions, to be used within 3 months.
